Quebec City
Linda and I spent a couple of days in Quebec City with Serge and Anne-Denise. We were impressed with the Fascinating Egyptian Mummies and Extraterrestrials: What If? exhibits at the Musée de la Civilisation and with VERTiges, its beaufitul vegetable roof gardens. We had a great time watching Le moulin à images, a spectacular projection of Quebec's history onto the silos and buildings of Bunge in the Vieux Port. Finally, we went crazy and fell in love with the paintings of Mélanie Simard (aka Mélan) and ended up as the proud owners of four of them!
