Breaking a sweat resawing the Poplar left over from the construction of the Dutch tool chest so I can make the bottoms for the chisels tray and saw till. Planing a bevel on the bottom of the chisels tray so it can fit in the groove in the side and end pieces. I like working on the sticking board for this kind of operation; the piece is very stable and still I can pick it up any time to check my progress without having to unclamp anything. The heads of the machine screws are filed sharp and do mar the end grain of the piece, but nobody will see it. #DutchToolChest #ToolChest #HandToolsOnly #Poplar #Woodworking
